How to boost your health condition fast and easy

Staying healthy has many benefits and less pricey life insurance is among them, as every life insurance broker would advise you. If you wish to improve it, our tips might help you.

Staying hydrated

Do you drink enough? Probably not, even if you think so. Skin problems, loss of concentration or even a stroke are often the results of long term dehydration.

Maintaining proper hydration isn’t as simple as it might seem: adults usually don’t feel thirsty until they become dehydrated. The formula is quite simple: drink 19 fl oz (that’s 1 big glass) of water per 16 pounds of your body weight every day and you’ll feel great.

Proper meal timing

If you tend to feel tired straigt after you had your meal, maybe it’s because you’ve simply ate too much of it. That’s why it is advised to divide your daily intake into 5 or 6 smaller portions and spread them during the day to keep your blood sugar level always high.

Feeling tired after sleeping all night?

Having trouble getting to sleep? You might be surprised, but sleeping less might be what could help you. If you’d like to know how much sleep you really need, the test is quite simple. The following night go to bed really late and allow yourself to sleep for only 5 hours. If you feel you fell asleep fast and was asleep until your alarm went off, you may add some extra 30 minutes the next night. Feel free to add 30 more minutes every night, but only as long as you sleep the whole night. You will experience much more energy during your day if you get rid of the tossing and turning.

Giving up smoking

What are the processes in you body after you put down the last cigarette? In only 24 hours the chances of you suffering from heart attack decrease and your nerves starts to re-grow; within 48 hours you will be able to smell and taste properly . Just 30 days are enough for you to get rid of that grueling cough and for your lungs to get back to normal (unless you already damaged them invincibly).

Have you got a pet?

If you have troubles with high blood pressure or/and heart rate, getting a pet might help you with it.
Because of more exercise that comes with owning a companion animal, your heart rate and blood pressure get back closer to the more healthy level.

Time off

People usually take vacation in order to take a break from their every day workload. But did you know it also protects your heart? Especially for those approaching the middle-age the vacation is very important because taking frequent vacation makes you 8 times less likely to die of heart attack.

Laugh out loud

It’s generally known that laughing improves your health, but did you ever wonder how exactly? By lowering your blood pressure laugh decreases the chances of heart attack and it also reducing stress hormones.
